4 positive reviews from the Cowboys 2022 regular season schedule

Yesterday, the NFL released the schedule for the 2022 regular season. Naturally, we’re here to explain how things have shaken up for the Cowboys in DallasAnd take a look at the four positive reviews from their list of games.

1) Two home matches to start the season

It’s hard to believe, but the Cowboys haven’t opened the season with two home games since 2001. That long streak will end this year as Dallas opens at home against Tampa Bay Buccaneers Then it hosts the defending champion, the Asian Champion Cincinnati Bengals.

While both Buccaneers and Bengals are challenging opponents, it sure makes things a lot easier to face both of them at home rather than on the road. If you look at last season’s schedule, Dallas had to travel to Tampa and Los Angeles to face the Buccaneers and chargers In the first two weeks. Compared to that, the first two games of the season will be less dangerous.

Dallas also plays at home in Week 4 against the Leaders, so they started the season with three of their first four home games. This will give the Cowboys a chance to defend their territory and get off to a good start.

2) Goodbye in time a week before the flight to Green Bay

Each year when the schedule is released, one of the most interesting things to look at is each team’s farewell week. It looked as if the Cowboys would for years have a short end of the baton with a bad farewell week, but over the past two seasons, that has seemed to change.

This year, Dallas is getting a perfect farewell week, coming in week 9 before they fly to Green Bay to take Packers. The Cowboys also have two very winnable matches ahead of farewell week as they host two teams from the NFC North in Detroit Lions And Chicago Bears.

If Dallas plays to their ability, they should be able to score two wins against the Lions and Bears and enter their farewell week with some momentum before playing one of the most challenging games of their schedule against Green Bay.

3) Three consecutive home games starting Thanksgiving

Just as they did in 2017 and 2018, the Cowboys will be home for three straight games in late November/early December, starting with their Thanksgiving match against the Giants. One difference this year from past years is that the Cowboys won’t have their usual game Thursday through Thursday after Thanksgiving.

After the Turkey Day game, Dallas will have nine days of rest before facing off Indianapolis Colts At home on December 4, followed by Tuli Houston Texas The following Sunday.

These three home games are all the matches the Cowboys are likely to prefer and should win. If they can capitalize on this as they did in 2018 and score three wins in a row, it could well set them up to finish the hot season.

4) Final seven very winable matches

There are three home games starting from Thanksgiving above, but here are seven finale games for Dallas in the regular season.

Realistically, if the Cowboys were a real contender in the playoff, they should be able to win five or more of those games. Obviously a ton could change between now until these games happen, but if today’s streak has to be made for all of these games, Dallas will likely be favored in at least six of the seven games.

If Dallas can take care of his business, win three of his last four home games and take two of his three games on the road, he should be able to make up for a potentially difficult start to the season.
