with 2022 Denver Broncos The schedule has been released, I thought I’d continue to follow my game-by-game yearly predictions for this team. The best part is… that they have Russell Wilson and they have to be a lot better than they have been in years past.
There are five primetime matches and a lot of drama, but the season is either going down or losing in the last six matches. With that stretch or stop, I have the Broncos finishing 13-4 and making the playoffs. It’s May, so optimism is definitely still in the air.
Week 1: Broncos in Seahawks (multinational force)
We’ll finally learn if the problem is in the middle or if Drew Lock just needs to be unleashed. I think we can all accept that Luke will never be the answer and that Russell Wilson is going to put a solid nail in that coffin in front of his former home audience.
Broncos 34, Seahawks 16. (1-0)
Week 2: Texas in Bronco
BVT, stimolol. next one!
Broncos 27, Texas 10. (2-0)
the third week: 49ers in the Broncos (SNF)
Apparently the NFL wanted to put Russell Wilson in the spotlight against former enemies in the squad. I love this place for Denver too because the 49ers have some issues and against Jimmy J like the chances of Denver here.
Bronco 20, 49 x 16. (3-0)
Week Four: Broncos in Raiders
It would be nice to fade out on Raiders here, but unfortunately Josh McDaniels didn’t break up the franchise as quickly as he did in Denver. They have improved quite a bit already and should put up a good fight in most games. Here comes the first bump in a shootout against a hated rival. Boo!
Raiders 34, Broncos 31.[3-1)[3-1)
Week Five: Colts in the Broncos (TNF)
In their third prime-time game in six weeks, the Broncos host a very hot Colts as Matty Ice and Jonathan Taylor dominate the frail-looking South Asia early on. However, Denver’s defense shows a long run and the Broncos get their first loss of the season out of their mouths straight away.
Bronco 36, Colts 23.[4-1)[4-1)
Week 6: Broncos in chargers (multinational force)
In front of the orange and blue of the SoFi stadium, the Broncos easily dispatched the chargers. I’m not saying the Chargers won’t be a strong team in 2022, but I’m saying that Denver always seems to find a way to play them hard on the road. And now they have Russell Wilson.
Bronco 27, Chargers 20. (5-1)
Week Seven: Planes in the Bronco
JETS Jets Jets Jets won an award 2022 NFL Draft! And while that was true in April, they would likely be 1-5 heading into this road game against the Denver Broncos. Let the good times keep rolling!
Bronco 41, Aircraft 23. (6-1)
Week 8: Broncos vs Jaguars (London, UK)
The Jaguars are a team that will only improve if Trevor Lawrence does. There’s talent out there and we’ve all seen it, but we’ve also seen a lot of mistakes. It’s hard to say if he’ll be better in 2022. I think Denver will win here, but it’s going to be tougher than it should be.
Bronco 21, Jaguar 20. (7-1)
Week 10: Broncos at Titans
After the ninth week bye, the Broncos are out on the road in the early slot to play. Wilson has enjoyed a lot of success after his farewell week, and I expect that to continue against the Titans who are supposed to be on the decline this season.
23 Broncos, Titans 19. (8-1)
Week 11: Raiders in the Bronco
Great smoke, gains pile up here. That’s okay, the NFL decked out a bet for Denver early on only to run them through the brutal stretch in recent memory. In Week 11, I was expecting Denver to retaliate against the Raiders to keep the winning streak alive.
28 Bronco Raiders 17. (9-1)
Week 12: Broncos at the Panthers
In what the regular season’s “easy” final match will be, the Broncos will have to defeat the Panthers on the road. I think they will, but after that win and at 10-1 they will face a brick-and-mortar controversy.
Bronco 24, Panthers 20. (10-1)
Week 13: Broncos at Ravens
In their second game in a row on the East Coast, the Broncos’ winning streak finally ends against the rising Ravens. It’s a classic trap game with their AFC Western rival Chiefs appearing the following week.
Ravens 31, Broncos 21. (10-2)
Week 14: Broncos Heads (SNF)
2,643 days. That’s the number of days that passed between the Broncos’ last win over the Chiefs and their victory here in Week 14 of the 2022 season. The streak will end!
Broncos 38, Chiefs 31. (11-2)
Week 15: Cardinals in the Bronco
By late in the season, Kyler Murray and the Cardinals will be out and hitting the road against the Wilson and the Broncos with Denver coming off top to defeat their hated rival for the first time in a very long time.
Broncos 31, Cardinals 24. (12-2)
Week 16: Broncos at the Rams (Christmas Day)
On Christmas Day, the Broncos will look out of sync and stumble against the defender Energy Rams champion. At the end of an ugly soccer day, it is the home team that emerges victorious.
17 Rams, Broncos 13. (12-3)
Week 17: Broncos in Heads
Arrowhead Stadium in December/January is not where one wants to be. Patrick Mahomes and the main have a good day against the Broncos’ defense, while Wilson and the attack find themselves unable to keep up.
Chiefs 31, Broncos 23. (12-4)
Week 18: Chargers at the Bronco
Needing a win to secure the WAC Champions League title, the Broncos intervened in a penalty shootout with the Chargers. In the end they won in overtime and held the Serie A title since 2015. We’re back!
Bronco 37, Chargers 34. (13-4)
