We generally think there is always a file “Top” In everything.

there is the Top Ride sharing application.
There is clearly Top phone, etc.
Most people don’t consciously realize it “Top” It is a case of time. We already have Top The phone, but logically, will not be the best forever.
The main question is, “How long will you stay on top?”
The answer may be a hundred years. However, it can also be a hundred seconds.
If you have been inspired to create a new phone that competes with Top The phone and you gave it up because you thought Apple was going to be ahead for the next 100 years, you might have missed out on the chance of your life. Because Apple might fail a lot in the next hundred seconds.
However, they didn’t because you never dared to create an iPhone killer.
My childhood friend moved to the United States about eight years ago. Hence, he needed a job and worked in a store that sold print-on-demand t-shirts. But, of course, he was getting paid in the low numbers.
However, the more he worked, the more he saw an opportunity with his own eyes. He’s seen that people love to buy print-on-demand t-shirts, even if the world thinks this is outdated or not as trending as NFT t-shirts.
And then, a few years later, he saved up, bought a printing machine, and rented a little booth in a mall. This happened while he was keeping his other T-shirt printing job.
The money was flowing slowly. What was coming quickly was learning. He was learning how to deal with copyright infringements, commercial leases, taxes, and employees.
Before the inhibition reached the ceiling, Santa Claus gave Moe (I forgot to mention the name of the founder) Study.
In the few days of Christmas, Mo had an astonishing level of demand that even smashed his entire fiscal year. He now understands how the target segment behaves at Christmas and prepares for it for the coming year. Learn more about the market and proceed to work more years in the same business industry.
Time passed, and I reached out to Moe earlier this year. He just opened his spacious store and had the following stats for 2021:
- 600 thousand dollars in revenue
- 120 thousand dollars in profit
- 150 thousand dollars In fixed assets such as printing machines.

About twenty percent of his earnings came from his experiences using Amazon, which he never expected. However, the dominant proportion of its sales come from direct retail sales.

Moe didn’t need a presentation or a business plan (This reminds me of a book called “Carl Schramm’s Business Plan Burn” – fun read.)
His business plan consists of using his arms to print artwork on a T-shirt or mug at a time. his shopWildCustomApparel, It’s not going to be a billion dollar company. But that won’t stop him from increasing revenue by a few million dollars each year.
Additionally, if Moe decides to end such a venture, he can simply sell the company for seven figures on a website like Flippa or elsewhere.
A year ago, I worked with a client in the industry with a more scalable business model. They go by name Subliminator (which I will write another detailed article about their rise and entrepreneurial journey about later).
During my research, I set out to engage with one of the teachers in the industry: Print. They simplify the process from a B2B perspective for people like Moe without even a printer. They don’t want entrepreneurs to think logically about print and instead focus on marketing and designing their products.
They are appreciated in 1 billion dollars after getting 130 million dollars investment last year.
Their operations prove that this industry is a growing industry by all means. In short, people want T-shirts with messages that convey what they want to say.

An analyst might look at this print-on-demand industry and assume that it does not enjoy exponential growth in the future. However, people like Moe know that it’s not really all about T-shirts, mugs, or hats.
It comes down to the fact that people like to have a voice. They want to express themselves, whether it’s through social media, meetings, or just a T-shirt.
Hence, as long as people want to express themselves, this industry will continue to grow.
Try telling the next person you see that you’re thinking of starting a restaurant. Ask them if they think in their hearts that this restaurant could be the best in the world someday.
If they don’t answer “Yes, there is a chance,” you should take this as motivation moving forward rather than discouraging the drive.
